  • The snow removal season starts November 1 and ends on April 1, for all snow events of 5cm or more. We operate 24/7 during snow events (including weekends and holidays).

  • We’ve introduced 3 Tiers of Service for the 2024-2025 season:

    The Snowbird tier offers budget-friendly snow removal with only one pass after city plows.

    The Standard tier provides the same comprehensive service we’ve been offering for 20 years, for all snow events of 5cm+.

    The Supreme tier offers a premium service. It includes everything in our Standard tier + daytime clearing for snow events of 2.5-5cm between December 1 and April 1.

  • We send out our detailed Action Plan by email before each snow event.

    If you opt-in for our Capital Snow Alerts you will also receive timely notifications by email & SMS to let you know what time your driver begins his route, when the 2nd pass is starting, when to move your car etc.

  • Ottawa gets an average of 220cm of snow each winter. Our contract will cover you for up to 300cm of snow. We reserve the right to invoke a surcharge for accumulations that exceed the snowfall limit. The surcharge is calculated on a per cm basis.

    If we get a light winter (<150cm), we will credit you accordingly though our unique minimum snowfall credit program. This credit must be redeemed for summer services or
    your renewal, by the specified deadline.

    *NEW FOR 2024-2025:     The overage / credit will be calculated at $1 per cm, to a max of $50 at both extremes.

  • We specialize in seasonal, residential snow removal contracts. We offer these add-ons:
    -Hand shoveling of walkways (limited spaces available)
    -Ice Melt Home Delivery Service (starter kits & refills)
    -1x Snow Removal during snowfalls of 10cm+
