Full Driveway Clearing: We handle all snow on your driveway, not just the mess from City plows.
Service After the City Plows: Snow clearing starts once City plows have passed and completed their routes.
Timing After Standard and Supreme Tiers: Snowbird service begins after we’ve completed the final clearings for our Standard and Supreme clients.
Email Alerts: Stay informed about snow events with timely email updates.
Capital Snowbird App: Access our online support tools from any device.
Reliable Customer Support: Our friendly team is available 24/7 to assist with questions or provide updates.
What’s Not Included in the Snowbird Tier?
Mid-Storm Passes: No multiple clearings during a snowstorm.
“Day After Service”: A return trip for moved cars the day after a clearing isn’t included.
Clearing for Lighter Snowfalls: Snowfalls under 5 cm are not covered.
Live GPS Map Tracking: Route tracking is exclusive to other tiers.
SMS Alerts: Notifications are provided via email only.
New “Daytime Clearing” Feature: For lighter snowfalls of 2.5 cm+, this feature is exclusive to our Supreme Tier.
