What’s Included in the Supreme Tier?

  • Full Driveway Clearing for Snowfalls of 2.5 cm+: Enjoy snow removal for lighter snowfalls as well as major snow events. Starting December 1, the Supreme Tier adds daytime coverage for snowfalls as light as 2.5 cm.

  • Multiple Passes During Major Snowstorms: We’ll ensure your driveway stays clear throughout heavy snow events. This includes a final clean-up after the City plows have passed.

  • Next Day Service for Main Roads: Properties located on main roads or with sidewalks intersecting their driveways receive automatic next-day service for a final cleanup after the City plows (for storms of 5cm+). This service ensures any residual snow is cleared the next morning after City of Ottawa touch-ups.

  • “Day After Service” for Moved Cars: If parking bans or other circumstances prevent your car from being moved in time, we’ll return the next day for a final cleanup (available for storms of 5cm+).
