So, you might be wondering about what happens during lighter snow seasons. Well, worry not! We're proud to be the only local provider offering a Minimum Snowfall Credit program – a true testament to our dedication to serving our valued Capital customers! !

Here's the scoop: For every centimeter below 150cm of total snowfall, you'll earn credits toward next year's snow removal or our summer services. These credits can be applied to either service, giving you flexibility and value in managing your property's needs.

In fact, our commitment to providing value to our customers spans both extremes of the snowfall spectrum. Last winter, despite considerable snowfall overage, we didn't charge a dime AND raised our snowfall limit to 300cm – a clear demonstration of our dedication to your satisfaction and peace of mind. It's our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and trust in us to keep your properties clear and safe during winter's snowy grip.
