December 12, 2017 Update

Good morning!
Just a quick bit of information..
When we reach the 5+ cm of accumulation in early morning hours (after 3 am) like we did today, we dispatch our tractors around 8 am in order to avoid disruption during the morning commute. We want to keep tractor congestion on main streets such as Terry Fox, Eagleson, Stittsville Main, etc to a minimum during heavy traffic times. Our drivers will be around this morning to do full cleanings starting at 8 am. If you’d like to pull your car into the garage, that would be good. If you’ll be gone to work, even better! We do anticipate continued snow and a very long day (or two) for our drivers.

Drive safely today and stay warm!

No GPS tracking can be found today on your website

My driveway has not been done yet today. I ended up shovelling half of it, but could not finish. 33 Smoketree… are you still going to come around? I thought it would be done by the time I got home from work.

Hi Telah- our gps records indicate the tractor was there on Dec 12 at 10 am, and once yesterday at 4 am. The driver should have been there more frequently, so I will speak to him. He is out again today, and drove by and said your driveway is clear. Sorry about that.

kodiak won this snow fall, they have been at my neighbors house 6 times, Capital 2 for me. I had to shovel both times the plow went by and kodiak is out today

I find it hard to believe they cleared anybody 6 times as we were out longer than them, and we did 4-5 passes over the two days. What is your address? I can’t find anything under your email address in our system. We also have tractors out today and are happy to do a cleaning if you provide more information. I have no idea what your address is. Thanks.
